how come... scholarships have a criteria.

i always thought they were given to people to excel and who are outstanding in their academic performance and CCA.
i mean.
if i perform equally well with this person who meets the criteria.
then i got nothing to say la.
but if i perform better, but i don't meet the criteria.
i dont see why i cannot apply.
well~~~
its just how the world works i guess.

and im not going to say things like i don't have friends anymore.
and like sound like im lonely.
and stuff like that

and to you.
its not like im going to not talk to you forever.
you still owe me 2 dinners and a few double cheese burgers

and for those people who are wondering how was bangkok..
i'll put it in point form
-airport is nice =]
-cab drivers choose their costumers.
-traffic is HORRIBLE in the town areas
-bangkok is hot and very humid. (careful. easy to get sick.)
-NEVER consume ice that are from street vendors. only buy canned or glass bottled drinks
-prices are low.. but not as low as china..
-people arnt that nice when bargaining. hahaha
-they actually wont sell you their things when u walk away.
-i fell sick halfway due to the super cold massage room. i core got cold.
-dreamt of visiting gods while sleeping in the hotel room
-shops practically sell the same things over and over again.
-imitation goods are not exactly cheap.
-thai girls chio.
-thai boys.......... no comment.
-thai lady boys...... even more no comment.
-traveling by BTS or their MRT is alot faster in town.
-mango sticky rice=yums
-coconut milk=stomach problems.
-food is cheap and good. (if u know where to look)
-they use coupons instead of cash in the food courts
-u can get a bowl of beef noodles at about SGD$2.50
-and a plate of pad thai at about SGD$1.75 at an airconditioned food court.
-the jewerlly fashion there is outdated. very outdated.
-maps dont have scales. so becareful and prepared if you want to walk somewhere.
-bangkok is not as dangerous than i thought it was.
